The 5th African Petroleum Congress and Exhibition (CAPE V) took place in Libreville on March 26-28, 2013.

Addax Petroleum attended the congress, which was organised in Gabon for the first time. His Excellency Mr. Raymond Ndong Sima, the Gabonese Prime Minister hosted the opening ceremony.
Welcomed by Mr. Dong Xianyong, Addax Petroleum Managing Director in Gabon, and Mr. Roger Sickout, Deputy Administrator, the Prime Minister congratulated the Company for its remarkable presence at the forum.
