The Foundation sponsors the Swiss Red Cross Ball
The Sinopec-Addax Petroleum Foundation sponsored the 11th edition of the Swiss Red Cross Ball and was represented at the event by its Chairman, Mr. Yi Zhang, its Board members and their guests. All proceeds of the event will be used for the "Victims of Forgotten Disasters" in the following countries: Sudan, Ghana, Bolivia, Paraguay, Ecuador and Cambodia.
Cyclotour du Léman: approximately CHF 20,000 donated to the SOL-Ghana orphanage
The 13 Geneva-based Addax Petroleum employees who cycled the ‘Cyclotour du Léman’ race on May 27, 2012 managed a great sporting performance. They collected approximately CHF 10,000 from the donations made by their colleagues. The Sinopec-Addax Petroleum Foundation matched this amount, meaning that the SOL-Ghana orphanage received approximately CHF 20,000 in total.
