Stakeholder engagement

Building trust and developing open and enduring relationships are the driving forces of our CSR approach. We encourage dialogue and feedback to understand the issues that matter most to each stakeholder. To ensure that we fully understand their priorities, expectations and concerns, we regularly engage with our stakeholders in a variety of ways, ranging from informal meetings to formal consultations. All concerns expressed through these channels are taken seriously and discussions are held to take action whenever necessary.
